Many karate families joined us for a wonderful evening at the Sitka Sound Science Center where we held our annual meeting and enjoyed pizza & snacks.
While there, we celebrated this year’s high school graduate Kiernan and presented her with a gift.
Those attending received a packet – if you missed that you can read it here! The packet includes reports, a full schedule of summer offerings, and more. Tuition rates are also being adjusted in August.
Board of directors members Willow Moore Olbrych (President), Brooke Rivera (Treasurer), and Laurinda Marcello (Sensei) were reelected. Brooke also talked about board service and we are now expecting applications to fill vacant seats from a couple of interested parents. Thank you to all of those who make our karate program fun!
